Set in Stolzenhagen, just an hour from Berlin by train or car, the house sits on the edge of the Lower Oder Valley National Park. Treat yourself to a revitalizing weekend away where you will deepen your yoga practice, reconnect with yourself and nature and nourish your mind and body. You will not only take your yoga practice to another level but also learn about the connection between yoga and Indian history. There will be plenty of opportunities to spend time in nature. You can choose from guided tail running or hiking or just sneak away and enjoy your book in the sun.

Marta has been sharing her passion for yoga through teaching for the past seven years. Her gentle yet motivating approach will make you feel safe and inspire you to go deeper into your own practice. Read more about Marta’s path here.

Marcus is an avid yogi, trail-runner and historian. He will be there to assist Marta’s teaching, take you out on runs and surprise you with the breadth of his historical knowledge – yoga related, local and otherwise.

* “Mysore Style” yoga is named after the city in India where it originated. The class is not ‘led’ as a whole but rather the students follow a sequence of postures and receive one-on-one guidance where needed. Students practice at their own pace, enveloped by the energy and inspiration of other students in the room. It’s a great way to start your yoga journey.
